Senator Richard Shelby is an idiot.

That's what I typed into the Google search form. It was more of a reaction to him sneaking out of the white house to demonstrate his lack of understanding of the credit market. He is against government involvement in saving the credit market. He'd rather see more people lose their homes and a 20-30% unemployment rate.

Days like today I'm really glad I'm not in Alabama.
